If you single load you should be OK, full tube ???
I think if it’s questionable, I’ll stay away from it.
When in doubt,,,, don't do it.
It'll probably be OK, especially with a magnum primer,,,
However; By comparison, there's more to lose than to gain.

Looks like a Lyman 311410. Lubed, and cast using Lyman #2, I have run a couple thousand through my Win 94 30-30 with no issues using Win Large Rifle Primers. So, I don't think it is too pointy. Of course, shooting plain based I'm not running a very high velocity so the recoil is minimum. On the other hand, I recently switched to PC for this bullet and found it shoots best with a COL that makes it too long for the cartridge lifter-- so with PC I shoot single shot with it.

If you're using a lube/sizer, ya might try using a top punch that is flat like one for a SWC.
That might put a nice flat spot on top of the nose.

With sensitive primers might be a problem, with others less so. Someone here probably can tell you which primers are more sensitive. Also how soft a bullet are you using and how hot is the ammo. Soft bullet and low recoil will make it less of a problem.

I had similar fears waaay back, so I took a block of hardwood -- probably maple? -- and, using drill press, bored a hole to give a snug fit to loaded cartridge. Then, using table saw, trimmed wood block down --trial and error -- until about 3/32" of bullet was proud. I then simply inserted a loaded cartridge and needed make but two passes with a mill bastard file. Note that I'm too much of a klutz to even come close to guaranteeing either my filing would be perfectly perpendicular/square; and, all done cartridges would be the same overall length.
Worked for me....

i have some round nose i wont even run in a lever gun.. sadly.. their ogive makes the bullet nose rest right on the primer.. and not on the case around the primer.. this one looks the same...
I wouldn't use it because there's no cannelure to crimp into. Frankly, it doesn't seem at all pointier than many factory .30-30 rounds. Factory round on right:
Besides which, when loaded the point isn't directly on the center of the primer... much is pushed against the actual base of the cartridge in front.
If one compares this factory round to a more traditional flat nose you can see that more of the touches the primer on the flat nose than the more rounded factory round.
But, as noted above, much depends on the hardness of the cast bullet, and how much the cartridges are jostled around in the mag tube during recoil.

That flat nose riding the case base and part of the primer is much safer during a recoil event where the nose may move..the round nose -could- be totally on the primer.. Again.. Lots of variables.
I don't know, but I do know that many, many round nosed .38 specials and .357 magnums have gone through my Rossi 92 with nary an issue of any kind.
For a single shot, it’s okay. I would never use it in my 1892 32-20 or my 44-40. Way to much recoil to factor in. I agree, I have some round nose I wouldn’t use also.

Even if it is, you can load one in the chamber and one in the tube for a two shot.

That bullet is fine as a single shot as folks have already said. However it's also viable as a TWO SHOT for hunting. One in the chamber and one in the mag tube. You've got no risk with only a single round in the mag tube.
A while ago I tested my Lee RN 180, seated in a case and crimped, against a live primer seated in a case and held in a die.
I hit the boolited case with a hammer TRYING to set off the primer located under the RN of the boolit. With a few cartridges, the boolit would set back and the primer would not detonate. At that point I quit worrying about it with that boolit. Its an easy test to do, wear hearing and eye protection.
