I fluted around with H110 and noe's heavy 247gr bullet trying to get it to work with my 9" pistol and a suppressor. Just wouldn't cycle any where reliably. Picked up a pound of CFE blackout powder on Saturday. 11gr under this bullet and it ran my five test loads perfectly. Offhand not really trying a 3" group with cheap reddot at 15 yds. Right powder makes a big difference.....
What twist barrel are you guys using with cast bullet in .300BLK ??
I contacted Accurate about 300 AAC 230grn 1680 loads and they sent me this
300 AAC BLACKOUT (Subsonic Loads)
Barrel: 16" ¦ Twist: 1-10" ¦ Primer: WIN WSR ¦ Bullet Diameter: 0.308"
Case: REM ¦ Max Case Length: 1.368" ¦ Trim Length: 1.358"
Accurate 1680 Bullet weight: 230 grains.
Start load: 9.9 grains (ca 975 Fps). = Subsonic
Maximum load: 11.0 grains (ca 1100 Fps) = Subsonic

300 Blackout (Subsonic)
Mines a 1:7 ballistic andvantage hanson barrel.
300 BO with 150gr jacketed is the first cartridge I reach high pressure problems with reloading. I got a little careless with H-110. Watch for primers popping out and the tell tale sign of bolt indentation on the primer. If you get there, you went too far!

RCBS 165 SIL works well as does the SAECO #301, if they will chamber. I do not have load data in front of me at the moment. I recently started playing around with the RCBS 130 for the 7.62x39 (works pretty good on that), and I think it will work well in 300 BO with tighter throats. Sure beats the cost of jacketed bullets! And, I do it, because I CAN! If you use the RCBS 130, make sure you get the nose punch it you are running them through a loob-sizer (pointy nose).
It ain't rocket science, it's boolit science.
The pressures for both sure look friendly as well. For some loads, pressures of blk are lower for many loads.
Whatever!
Mine is 1in 7 twist. The H110 worked decent under some 150gr but I'll bet the cfe blackout will be better. Hadn't run across 1680, will use the cfe instead. Now just need a powder drop funnel that will work with my Dillon 650... One at a time with weighing on the scale and single stage is fine for a few, but not for a few hundred.....
You can use the 30 Carbine Lyman M die for expansion.
Why would you use CFE (copper fouling eraser) with lead bullets?
handloader, the dillon list shows the "AK" funnel is used for 300 b/o, im gonna load up some today with my 550 after i load about 700 more 147g 308s
