    Newbie pc question

Has anyone ever tried the Colt brand asbb's? They are 6mm and green, I can't find the black ones anywhere without ordering them....and I'm very impatient wanting to try my hand at pc.

I have tried literally ALL colors and hardnesses of air soft in the past. I shoot a bunch of AirSoft guns.

    Will greens work? Probably.

    Would I use them? No!

Stick with what I and many other have found works........BLACK. It's all in the alloy of the plastic.

Using what you know works just eliminates one of the many variables in the voodoo process of BBDT'ing. And there ARE many variables!!!!!!!!!!!

the BB color is not a variable for me
any color ive tried works yellow, a couple different greens, black, blue, white
i even wash them when they seem to get a bit dull

    its funny
i dont have to hold my mouth right
or have a special way to twirl
    or have to coat twice
    or any such thing

BBDT just works easy and simply, cleanly, every time

Consider yourself very lucky, my friend! There are tons of guy out there that have all kinds of trouble making BBDT work in the beginning. And there are many variables to cause it NOT to work. Over the last 2.5 years, I probably have found most of them!

If people just follow the established methods most of us have discovered, they will be closer to success.

Your success is an anomaly. Most are not that lucky.

Yep, I just went ahead and ordered some black ones from Smoke. Better to be safe than sorry.
