I think the #1 B is the best looking rifle out there. The falling block Browning ain't too shabby, wither!

I found mine at a Flea Market many years ago. I haven't used in in about 6 years, but the time is coming soon when I'll have to melt my last bucket of COWW.

I have made a bunch of .45 Colt sized with my old FreeChex II and Pepsi cans folded over once. On a whim I decided to try some on boolits for my .44 Mag and they did just fine. Remember that these were aluminum checks. I dunno if copper checks will...

indeed. They'll let you ship it, but often on the other end, if it weighs over 70# when it gets there, they want to charge freight rate on it before you can pick it up.

I ordered a 3- pack of Ruger base pin springs on the 4th and they are just now supposed to be delivered today. (the 14th) I'm not saying that is too long, because I wasn't in a rush for them. But it does seem to be a fairly long wait compared to...

Most handguns don't bother me. I had a .480 and shot 400 gr cast boolits from it. I had a 2x Leupold scope mounted on it and clay pigeons @. 100 measured yards was no problem offhand. As I was always doing something stupid I ended up trading it....

I bought an RCBS primer Pocket swager to get the crimp out of some 30-06 brass that I'm guessing was Greek. The paperwork said to be careful or one could bend the rod. They were right.

Impossible! You just can't do it! You just cant!! ;-) :kidding: haha. (I do use a PID though. It's nice (in my opinion) to keep casting without monitoring the pot)

I'm still using one from "That guy LenH referenced". I built my next three, but his is still going strong and of course is the most compact. But to the OP.... I think you just need to tune the PID to your pot and it'll settle down.
