I'm a chronic planner, & I love it when a plan comes together.... I had a sheet of steel, I overheard a guy at work talking about his son wanting practice with his plasma cutter. this was about a year ago so I googled zombies and sketched out all of my designs with soapstone. The steel targets are all part of the greater plan associated with casting bullets out of wheel weights and .... powder coating them (thanks guys). Of course this all entailed purchasing a new gun (everything does). So, at long last I painted and hung the targets, assembled my 300blk SBR (AAC mpw), the multigun VX-6, with the switchview mounted on the LaRue "dillo dust" mounts.... true 1 power and both eyes open, stuffed with 125 gr flat black wheelweights stuffed into cut down 223 brass...well you get the idea....bang bang...heart & eye....lol, I'm happy. Next up I plan a barrel without a gas tube & a manual upper, go kill some deer here in Pa..... My bud will hate me when that happens cuz he hates on black guns... (so he don't have to buy one) I will goto the handguns for the next round..may not share pics....

Way fun, I hinged the plates behind the plates (if that makes any sense) by hanging them on chain, I saw splatter marks <zoom in on the broken heart>, but have yet to look & see if there was any intact lead for recovery. I'm only running the blackout @ ~1400. Not sure what you mean by "supers" Popper, but I assume supersonic, so you are correct....not sure how much I can warm up my load, but it works well. I'm @ 10.5 gr H110 (cannot find any accurate 1680). H110 varies allot at these light loads according to the Chrony... I normally find discs behind my steel but my other plate takes so many hits from so many diff calibers, cannot say for sure about the 300. 45's leave a chunk for sure, but I think I lose allot of weight by %. I may slow some down in the future in order to better reclaim.

the insanity continues...... in direct proportion to the giggles related to the fun factor...
does all of this have a practical use??? Hell no...
Is any of this fun and "sporting"???? HELL YES.
Who knows? you might actually need the practice...

I can forgive 'em for GW though, 'cause he had a good Mama.
We woulda been better off if SHE ran the place...
Loaded with common sense, that lady was smart, and truly a straight talkin', butt spankin', good Mama.
