This is my first post, I was accepted as a member a few days ago. I'm trying to figure out how to post a new member introduction.
I've been reading, but get the sense that I'm missing something. Can anyone point me in the right direction, maybe straighten me out on the procedure.
I've been preoccupied with some issues with friends and family since signing on as a new member, but I'd like to start off on the right foot.

In the 'Our Town' section, at the top is a sticky where a lot of new members have introduced themselves.
It's not mandatory by any stretch, but lots of folks have 'checked in' there.
Gone are the days of wooden ships and Iron men.
I doubt we shall see their likes again.
