    Sorting PMs

I try to keep my PM count down by replying to and then deleting earlier messages. This way I have a record of the conversation without saving each individual message.
I know the forum has limits for Sent and Inboxes. Is there a a way to see both Sent and Received messages on one page? That would make deleting earlier messages on the same subject simpler.
Also, PMs in either Inbox or Sent folders are listed by date. Is there a way to sort them by Sender or Recipient? Something like a ‘View All” folder?

Along the top of your PM list you can pick title to sort by title, or sender to sort by sender or the default date. I don't know of any way to show the inbox and outbox at the same time.

    But....
You might try opening CB twice then shrink the Windows to create a split screen. Then open the inbox in one window and the outbox in the othet, and sort by date and maybe be able to compare them.

Minerat, thanks. The ‘sort by sender’ will help clean up PMs that were exchanged earlier in the thread history. Leaving a single longer PM containing all the previous sent and received messages.

Next question is: since the forum update my saved PMs that contain multiple sent and received messages have taken on an unusual format. The most recent message displays as being the full width of the message column. Previous messages in the thread now appear in narrower columns with each message in a narrower column than the previous one. Some of the older messages are five or six letter-spaces wide. The saved PM becomes a really long page. Am I the only one experiencing this?

No I have had that issue for a long time. I have some that look like a single stack of letters. Not sure why that happens but mine was like that before the recent changes.

    Probably not.
What I've seen is whatever the site format does or doesn't do--- it doesn't discriminate. It affects everyone equally.
