Brass Primers?

Unfortunately my good friend/neighbor passed away and I am in charge of unloading all his guns/ammo/reloading equipment etc.
He has 10,000 CCI 500 Unplated Brass primers. I have never seen these before and will sell them to our mutual friends. I have more then enough primers and mostly use Federal because I compete with revolvers for the most part.

Is there any known issues with these?

My Winchester and Remington unplated primers go bang every time, I would guess these old CCI will do the same.

I know Winchester stopped nickel plating most of their primers but didn’t know CCI had a similar plain brass product (I haven’t bought CCI factory pistol ammo or primers in decades). Same item minus the plating? At least the Winchesters all go bang even though I’ve noticed some sloppy QC (rounded cups) since the change, which I assume was a cost saving measure.
