I've been cranking out the following load for my various Garands. I start with an RCBS 165-308 SIL... I'm not sure what the SIL stands for. I powder coat them with a copper colored powder, rammed through a Lee 308 sizer. Seat them over 48 grains of 4895, touched off with CCI large rifles, packed in processed 1950's vintage GI brass. They function without a hitch.
