Got this little guy about 4:30 this afternoon. Not the biggest but we will eat him. Had him quartered and in the freezer in an hour. Will process him tomorrow.
Lunch was grilled deer steak, sautéed hen of the woods, and grilled sweet potatoes from the garden. If you have never grilled sweet potatoes you are missing out. Slice them 3/8" thick, brush on some oil and grill.
