Having a problem posting a picture of an 1886 Bullard rifle action that is disassembled. The rifle had a rack and pinion, a carrier like an 1883 Win. and a rolling block. It was considered on of the smoothes lever guns but was way more expensive than a Winchester.
He may look like a 'rag-tag baredfooted Indian'...but I'm glad I wasn't born in his era!
