my first of many was a beat up Triumph Daytona 500cc. Still have one but it is small due to knee problems.

First bike was a 74 Honda 360 followed shortly by a 73 Honda 750 Four, then a Honda V65 Magna, then a 1000 Harley Sportster, then a 93 Fatboy, currently on a 08 Roadglide.
1965 Bridgestone 90. Found out later that Bridge = Kawa and Stone = Saki so new name for the company was Kawasaki.

Honda Spirit took a lot of abuse with nothing but oil changes. SV650S was rode to hell and back and only replaced the water pump impeller. Great bike. SV1000S pulled like a freight train and sounded like two apes going at it. Loved that bike, still look for a low mileage one every month or so. FZ1 was a proper liter bike with an almost untenable level of power for a 170lb man. Terrible gas mileage, sold it because I commute 9 months of the year on a bike. Z900 was hands down the most well rounded bike. Easy pull slipper clutch, great mpg, and wheelied like nobodys business. Street Triple is proving to be fun, torquey and miserly.

1965 Honda Sport 65cc. Lots of fun for a high school freshman living in Hawaii. Paid $80 for it.
BSA Lightning 650 back in the early 70's. That was a sweet ride except for the leak of the 50 weight oil (kept a flask handy on trips).
Early 70's I had a 550 2 stroke Suzuki. The first day I had it I rode down the street to visit a friend when I was on my lunch break and on the way back to work I caught a red light on a slippery road and slid through the light. Had it for several years and sold it. Never rode again.
The first "motorcycle" my dad bought for me was an Allstate or Mo-ped. It was a two cycle ,had 2 speeds on the handgrip and actually had pedals. The brake was like a bicycle. My dad bought to teach me mechanical skills.
I have never owned a motorcycle.
Honda SL70 was my first bike when I was 8 or so. Graduated to a Honda SL125 when I was 12. Got a Honda 200 cc 3 wheeler when I was 15 and rode the living heck out of it in the piney woods of East Texas till I was about 19. Sadly that was my last bike.

I've just about gotten out of riding the past few years, still have my KLR 650 which I'll probably keep til I die and my Triumph Bonneville. Didn't even get the Bonnie out once last year, I need to get her going now that the weather is nice.

69 Harley 350 Sprint. Rode that one around inside a buddies frat house on U of M campus along time ago just to annoy one of his frat brothers. And it did, quite nicely.
