    Lyman 311410 for 300 BO

    Does anyone use the Lyman 311410 in their 300 Blackout? If so, what OAL do you use?

    Golden rule for cast bullets: seat the bullet as deep as possible without letting the base go below the case's neck line

    Almost ALL cast boolits for the 300 BLK are going below the neck line.

    Sometimes you have to choose between setting the bullet below the neck line or leave a couple grease grooves outside it... with me the grease grooves always loose and end out of the neck. Luckily 300 blk chambers call for long freebores so settings the bullets a bit longish is not usually a problem.
