We don't have heads here.
Boolits are the proper term.
But back to your question.
The Lyman 311041 seems to be the most successful.

Head? Did someone say head?
Yes, as in "Leadhead Meatgetters". You got a problem with that?
..
Not a lee, but if not hunting it would be the 311-291 (170gr), works in all my standard 30's. The lee 312-155 is a nice al around lee mold but not ideal for 30-30.

Agree, 311291 is a good one, but be cautious, the newer Lyman molds run small. Once you choose a design, slug your bores get the NOE version that gives the best fit.
If I had to pick only one LEE mold for all three, (30-30, 30-06, 308), it would be the C309-170F.

I really like the Saeco 315 tapered G/C'd boolit sized .311. It should be named the "ruiner" as it shoots like a house afire.

I also agree, that is a great boolit, I have the mold. I rarely use it any longer as I load 300BO mostly and that boolit just doesn't feed well in it. Most of what I cast is the Lee 155 .312 (not a good candidate for what you need), a 235gr A.C.E. (also not a good choice for you) and an Accurate 245gr boolit (works great in my 30-06) but I don't think it would work well in a 30-30 or the others unless you have a very long magazine well.
That'll teach ya to talk head around here!
LOL
BTW.... I just got a NOE .30 cal 180gr. Ranch Dog mold in the mail today designed to fit the .308 throat..
I'll let you know how it turns out when I get some time to cast some up and range test them..
