after getting mediocre results with Ruger #1 and cores sizes @ .451" I decided to try something bigger. I dug out my Lee .451" push through and opened it up to .453". I patched a 457193 up to .464" and seated it on 51 grs of aa4064 and a tuft of dacron. First two shots were 8 inches low at 100 yds and almost touching. Adjusted the scope and the next two hit an inch low and about an inch apart. one more adjustment put me an inch high and, again, put two shots about an inch apart. I had four shots left and sent them out to 200 yds. and a nice round 3 inch group was the result (14 inches low)
I dug these out of the 200 yd berm. I was a little surprised at the condition of the base of the boolits. The patch was just barely folded under (Hyde style?). I am more than happy with results and have many here to thank. THANKS!!!!
Darrell
