    Berdon Progressive Reloader

    Greetings,

Any fellow loaders have or use a Berdon Progressive Loader? (Berdon of Hobart, WA)

I came into a bunch of partial loaders and parts.

Trying to decide if I should spend the time refurbishing one or two machines.

They "look" like a Star; but, I do not think they are the same quality.

    Cheers,

    Dave

Never heard of such an animal, I'd be interested in photos.

I had a Berdon years ago. It was set up for 44 mag. The good part was it took standard Dies. When It ran , It ran well but when it did not . It was a nightmare. I never Figured Out why on some days it did not run well. it just was not as smooth as a Star

I thought someone had come up with a brilliant way to reload Berdan-primed cartridges on a progressive press, but with a typo.

But no. When you wrote Berdon, you meant Berdon. Bummer.

Good luck with your project however!
