    .007 brass shim stock?

Haven't even got this far into the madness to learn about making my own, but came across a small roll of this and was curious if it could be used down the road for making GC if i decide to try?

    thanks

On a conventional .30 cal. gas check shank , I'd say no , that .007 is too thin.

I've gone to .014 " thickness for my .30 g/c applications now and I won't go back to anything thinner. For me, it takes .014 to get the " seal " that is needed on a .30 cal bullet.

Just my opinion, others can offer their views........

    Best to you,

    Ben

Send me a piece of your material that will fit in a standard business envelope. I'll make the checks and send you a third back for trials.

If you laminate it witha soda can blank it should work OK , This what I do with my .008 brass
If you find yourself in a fair fight, your tactics suck!
