does anyone know where I can get 10ga hand tools for brass bp hulls?
Since those don't really need resized can you get away with just a decapper, primer and simple stick wad press?

yea the primer seater is the issue
You simply start the primer in the pocket and then sit the shell on a hard flat surface and then take your dowel and seat the primer by tamping the shell down on the hard surface.
Charge the hull, over powder wad, shot, over shot card, and glue it in place.

1/4 in nut driver will work for seating primer. Do your brass hulls use 209 or LP primers?Also a thick piece of aluminum stock makes a great surface to set your hull on when you're seating primer and wads.
