Delivering this load and I wondered how many boolits I could make with this. How much tin would I need?

    Don't worry about it.

After you've cast the first 25-30 tons, you'll quit counting anyway.

That’s a good amount to get started with. A lot of people like one part tin to twenty lead.

You could take up traditional muzzleloading and you won't need any tin.

You're not asking a few other important questions:

    1. What sort of rhythm or cadence will you need to cast it all up into boolits?

    2. What kind of Class III weapons will you need to shoot them?

    3. How much powder and primers will be needed?

Don't worry you will probably run out of primers first.

At the current rate about $167,808 for primers with a 180 grn boolit.
