Got married, 20 years later SWMBO retired to Scottsdale.
Six grandkids in Fairbanks, might as well live there.
Three grandkids in Tucson, might as well live here.

there is another square mile of brand new houses
Rita Ranch $250k's and a lot of Sonoran desert.
Hunt mule deer here, elk up on the rim.
Winter is three weeks, cover the garden.
Actually snows, go skiing in Tucson?
Not as hot as Florida, dry as dust.
Fun to watch the mountain burn.
I reckon I have a couple more places to live yet.
Never again east of the Mississippi
or west of the Colorado.
