    I have loaded since 1939 and have 2 lee 1000 and a RCBS green machine and never fired a primer.but I dont slam bang or try to see how fast I can load.every one I know that had a bang was slamming the lever back and forth.If you crush one and are pressing not banging they woun't go off.and if your going slow and easy you will feel when something is wrong.STOP and clear it.
