I pretty much tumble lube all of mine - may try PC at some point in the future. I put wax paper out on a bench to spread the boolits out on. All depends on the boolit and how easy it is to stand up. 45s, 38s, 9s I usually stand up and while it's a boring chore, it really doesn't take long to do it. Long slender boolits - 8mm, 30-30s, I usually just spread out - let em dry for a few hours and then roll the around and let 'em dry more - usually overnight is sufficient. (lAlox/paste wax). If I'm in a hurry, then even those I usually stand up just get spread out - and in reality, the all shoot just fine whether stood up or speed out.
I have though about a lubesizer but is it really worth the mess?
I use undiluted Liquid Alox and normally lube in batches of 100.
I always stand the bullets up on end, as I think they dry quicker and there are no uneven bits of coating down one side.

I've done it both ways if not too many bullets are involved. I started just letting them lay on their side because if there's any trace of undried lube I would rather it be on the side of the bullet instead of exposed to the powder. Probably not a legitimate concern since most of them end up being stored for a while before loading.
It made blobs all over the bullets. They are so thick and nasty they will never dry.
