need repair work done for 2 guns...
Full reassemble and reseal of a 1980's vintage Daisy 880 (yeah, I know, but it holds great sentimental value) and a Crosman 1100 "shotgun"
Any recommendations?

Check out the ad that runs in every issue of the American Rifleman, it's always towards the back. The guy is in Ohio. Baker comes to mind.

Baker and Ohio was all I needed. Just sent a request for a quote. Thank you! I Know that I could probably replace the 880 Powerline 2 times over for what a complete restoration might cost, but it was my kid brother's who passed at 24 y/o and it came to me fully disassembled. Would really like to see it up and running for the grand kids and nephews.

Know how you feel. I restored my little brother's Crosman M1 carbine many years ago and gave it to my older brother.
Little brother died in a traffic accident at age 15.
The older cast metal receiver 880 rifles are well worth restoring. The newer plastic receiver guns flex to much and the plastic pump handle is a joke. The interior works are just fine though.
I used the cast receiver and pump handle of a defunct older model to upgrade my late model.
If worst came to worst the entire interior of a late model could be substituted, though it requires a little bit of filing near the breech to make it fit.
They probably sell a blue million of the plastic 880 at such a low price, but its too bad they couldn't build it like they used to. Still a great shooter though regardless of version.
