This is a great way to get rid of excess powder.
If you see any bare spots on the bullets while they are in the sifter just sprinkle some more powder on them and sift the excess through.
I've had very good luck dumping the bullets onto a finer mesh tray like the Steel Mesh Drawer Organizers.
When people try this Dutch they are going to love it.
Thanks for posting this.
P.S. Good will and other thrift stores are a good place for colanders, pewter, mini loaf pans, cast iron corn, round pie shaped, half circle and other pans for ingot molds
I wish the Goodwill stores in the Dallas area carried those items.

I've been trying to drop stuff off at goodwill instead of picking stuff up!!! I do look for suitable cast iron stuff for ingots and what not.

You helped me a lot with your method thank you !
I like it. Just curios what mold you are using for the blackout bullets?
Greenhornet-1 - Accurate mold - 31-215G with a HP modification. Little more info on it here - http://castboolits.gunloads.com/show...-Rifle-Methods and check this thread out from phantom30 http://castboolits.gunloads.com/show...K-BTHP-Boolits

Thanks for the info!!!
Nice video, keep up the good work, but I believe that the orange 240 blackout beauties were from your accurate 31-240A converted HP mold, the 31-215G has the lee alox groves in the drive band area
Never thought of using a colander thanks for the idea.
