    WW inscriptions

Does anyone know what tt, MC or AW mean on wheel weights. I'm pretty sure TT and MC are ok to cast with. They scratch and squish pretty easy but not as soft as pure lead. I'm not sure about the AW. If anyone knows please pm and let me know. Thanks guys

They're labels for different wheel styles. They have no bearing on metal content at all.

the only ones that matter are ZN and FE. the iron will float out with the clips, just watch out for the zinc's.

The AW's are for alloy wheels

This, not sure I've ever seen a "TT" weight??, but I have NEW "AW" and "MC" weights at work, among others, it's simply what wheel they fit on, nothing more.

Crappy pic, but here is a current application chart, there are atleast 8 wheel types on there.
