    Hensley & Gibbs #55 question

I was fortunate enough to pick up a three cavity H&G #55 recently.

I am completely new to casting/reloading.

Some research done on this site told me that the #55 is a .356 135g. RN for the .38 Super.

Would this mold be suitable for my 9mm High Powers?

    Thanks!

Probably. Depends on how deep the boolit has to be seated in the case to cover both lube grooves and the resultant COL and whether your boolit is a bevel base or a plain base. A plain base could buldge the 9mm case a bit.

Make a dummy round to test it out. Use the barrel of your HiPower as a gage.

    I used the H&G #275 09-125-SWCBB sized .357 for my HiPower.
How's that hope and change working for you?
