    I grow a large amount of garlic.
    I have sold some a few years back but I am now saving it for family and friends.
    I have to agree that fresh garlic is the best.
    I only dry and powder garlic that is left over after I plant and it is beginning to sprout.
    Better garlic powder than waste it.
