how fast can I push .310 NOE 311-199-SP-K5 bullet?

Its a really pointy boolit. It is wheel weights mixed with some hard babbit. Powder coated with Smokes blue powder. its gas checked and has a coat of alox on the bottom of each bullet. they weigh about 204 gr, give or take a grain or two.
I want to shoot them in two rifles; rem 700 and a Windom AR 10
what is the max velocity I can push these in y'alls opinion?

    thanks.

Assuming a .308W? If so you can "push" them to 2400 - 2500 fps. Whether or not you will get acceptable accuracy at that velocity level is debatable and remains to be seen, particularly with that bullet.

Thanks for your reply Larry. Yes, it is 308 Win. Do have a better lead bullet in mind? I'm open for suggestions for sure.

I see that other thread is closed, is this comparable with the NOE 311-198-SP 2 cavity GC Brass (311365)? When I search that number, I get to the 311-199-SP-K5. Have they changed the description?

Anyhow, awesome results with that boolit. I hope to try this one day as well.

I have that bullet mold and have all but given up on it. I am shooting it out of a Remington 700 with a 1-12 twist. I have tried everything, RL-15, 4895 with filler, Unique, 2400.
I never could get any group under 3" at 100 yards. I may have been expecting too much but after experimenting with it for 2 years I have about given up. A guy at the range told me that it
was good enough to deer hunt with but I don't hunt.

I seem to remember a comment to the effect of `That sure is a long bullet for a 1-12 twist.' I bought it on a whim and NOE had a sale on that bullet mold.
