I sent in an inquiry to Lyman to see if they had any parts for my old press that I broke recently. A couple of days went by and then I got an email with an apology for not having the parts anymore but contact info for a guy who does.
Talk about going out of the way! I am pretty impressed!
+1 to this text. Lyman has been unfailingly helpful to me on several such calls, concerning reloading tools, casting accessories, and receiver sight repairs and parts.
