Yes, the grease ONLY goes on the ramp to stop sticking, none needed as anti seize on the threads.
I have found a source of redline CV2 hi temp grease with graphite/moly, I wonder if that will work?
Once you have used Jims Red grease you won't want to use soapstone.
I have run out of the red grease for the better shotmaker and can't find a source for more.
