Howdy Pard. Have several vintage bolt actions but not a 8mm Lebel. Nonetheless I know how difficult it can be to find good reloadable brass.

My thot would be to be patient and keep your thread going. Quite possible (likely even?) that someone in need of that brass will eventually see the thread and connect with you.
