Funny boolit and Carnauba red, .475

I shot five of the pure lead nose boolits from my .475 at 50 yd's today. Kind of surprising because none of the nose pours are even. I have to figure a better way to cast so the pure lead is level and even. The small pot has no room for a rail under it.
I put 4 in less then an inch and 1 was out a little. These are hot, wrist twisting loads for deer. The WFN is already large and I have to wonder what they will look like when expanded. The wife put all of the gallon water jugs out to the recycle man yesterday so I have nothing to shoot at that will expand the nose. I can't wait for deer season.

.............NEat looking slug. Neater looking target If you have about an 8" stack of newspaper and can glom onto ONE milk jug you should be good to go. Set the jug down full of water and 4" of wet newspaper in front and back. A bit of binder twine wrapped around will hold'em up and together.
