Trail Boss has a formula to work in any cartridge.

This is directly from the techs at Hodgdon (I and others have checked and re-checked this info to be sure)

Mark a case with a sharpie where the bullet will be seated to.
Fill the case with Trail Boss to that mark and then weigh the charge.
    This is your 100% load.
Multiply said 100% load by 70% to get your start load.
You can load anywhere from 70-100%
You can do this with any cartridge with Trail Boss.

    Hope this helps.

I use that exact same combination for cowboy silhouette. RCBS 200gr, air cooled wheelweights, unsized, Lee tumble lube, no gas check, 12.5 gr. Trail Boss. I have throated my barrel a bit so the bullet seats a bit longer than a factory chamber. You will need to back off a tad if you seat deeper. I figure out seating depth, and adjust the powder charge to just touch the bullet base. No compression. This works in every rifle round I have tried it in so far. In the 35 Rem it gives very respectable velocity (haven't chrono'd it yet though) and knocks the 200M rams over with no problem. Very accurate, quarter sized groups off the bench at 50M.
