Can someone tell about the 9.3x62mm?
Can you shoot or cast a bullet for it too? Moulds?
TIA,
Duke

Duke--
What ya wanna know? I've posted a lot of stuff about the 7 years romance I've had with the 9.3 x 62 in a CZ-550 Lux. My mould is a Mountain Molds design that I tweaked a bit to match my rifle's throat profile, and it has been EXCELLENT with that 270 grain flatnose to 1800 FPS. 1.5" groups at 100 yards are average results, and often better. 23.0 grains of 2400 does the trick.
I don't paint bullets. I like Black Rifle Coffee. Sacred cows are always fair game. California is to the United States what Syria is to Russia and North Korea is to China/South Korea/Japan--a Hermit Kingdom detached from the real world and led by delusional maniacs, an economic and social basket case sustained by "foreign" aid so as to not lose military bases.
European cartridge, I think 35 whelan is about the same.
Popular in former German colonies of Africa. Many drillings and SS made for this cartridge.

Duke, think of the 30-06 necked up to .366" id. That's essentially what it is. Kenya has had a minimum caliber allowed of .375" but they make an exception for the 9.3x62. Thats how effective it is.

There is no 'right' that requires me to work for you or you to work for me!
Magnificent round, sort of the best of both worlds type thing. W'll have a group buy mold going shortly after the first of the year.
There is now a 9.3x62 IMP, it is called the 370 Federal.
370 Federal? Or do you mean the 370 sako? The 370 Sako was introduced by Federal and is based off of the new 9.3x66mm round from europe...little bit longer, somewhat short neck which gives it greater capacity than the 9.3x62.
Some countries in africa specify a caliber requirement and a energy requirement....the 9.3x62 in its 286 loading usually meets both.
