Get the mold good and hot while casting and put a tiny bit of lube on the lead and it will go away.
OR
Bernz-O-Matic torch, heat the mold up all over, watch the lead ball up, wipe it off with a COTTON cloth or paper towel.

.............Scribble all over the top of the mould blocks, the top and bottom of your sprueplate with a softlead pencil. This will eliminate a lot of the lead streaking and sticking. It will also somewhat help in easing the sprueplate's passgae back and forth over the blocks. You can also use an aerosol moly lube type stuff instead, as long as it's not a thick layer.

Strike a wooden kitchen match and blow it right out. Use the head on the match to rub off the lead. Then use the pencil on it. The big carpenter's pencils work good. Or cool it and apply mold prep.
