You guys are really adding value to my decision on using the 222 or the 223 for deer hunting. I hunt from a ground blind typically in deep woods. Shots are 75 yards max, most of the time. I do cast and have been doing so since the mid 70’s, but never have ventured into 22 caliber. I’ve got the Nosler 55 grain solid base and the 60 grain Partition. Have not come across any 70 grain Speer. Looks like Midway has them for $23 a box.
