Try tapping/pressing the loaded rnd nose first on a hard surface, if it moves, need more crimp. Also check to make sure nose is not to big from PC.

I don’t know if this has been suggested to you before, but maybe try a M style expander before seating your bullet? I found that using one about .002” smaller than your bullet diameter will give proper grip on the bullet, without squeezing it too much and changing its dimensions. This makes crimping unnecessary.
