Probably fired in a Luger. Georg Luger patented the stepped chamber in 1910 and German army Lugers used it until sealing issues with steel case ammo became apparent in 1941-1942. I reload for and regularly shoot a 1916 DWM production P08 which leaves fired casings distinctly marked and have never felt the need to segregate casings fired in it. They function perfectly in several other of my 9x19 Parabellum chambered firearms.
