    Anybody shooting a 360 Buckhammer?

As an itinerant bullet caster, 35 caliber fan and MP mold fan, I inevitably acquired one of their 220 gr hp molds in .358". Trouble is, it's too long to feed through my Rossi 92 357 mag, and my 350 Rem Mag Ruger is really a bit too much case capacity for ideal performance. Seems like the 360 Buckhammer would be about ideal case capacity for this bullet. Just curious if anyone has tried this combo and what their results have been. The only thing that has made me pause is nobody seems to be making a stainless 350 lever rifle and living in Alaska and seeing this as a coastal deer rifle that's a bit of a bummer. Yes, I could buy a stainless 30-30 and have it barreled, but I'm not that excited about the project to have a custom rifle built.

We don't have to use straight wall cartridges here, but dang I wouldn't mind having a .360! Paul, have you considered buying a .360 rifle and having the metal Cerakoted?

Just so you know if you buy rcbs dies in 360 buckhammer they only seat flatnosed bullets, and the older seating stems don't work with the new dies. I'm trying to get a replacement for. Rcbs now

I traded for a Rossi 95 in 360 but so far have only sighted it in with the 80 factory 180 loads that came with it. Per Quickload, it will push a 220 gr Speer to 2090 fps @ 4850598 psi with 30 gr AA 1680.

Thanks, that looks right about where I figured it would be. If I can find an accurate load between 1800-2000 fps with 220 gr that would be what I'm after. I even have a couple pounds of AA 1680.
