Echo, amen to getting out of bed gently.
    If a 41 won't stop it, I wouldn't bet my life on a 44.

Everyone, thank you all for your time & great answers, Much appreciated, much learned!!
I found I was not holding the mold solid closed?? Bad arthritis, just kind of let the handles lay in my somewhat closed hand? Thought they were closed?? So, found if I squeeze just a tiny bit, all good.

Once again,, Thank you all. PS..

You know, so many folks on other sites moan & groan & bitch about Cast Boolits????
I don't understand any of them, unless they were starting trouble or scams!!!!
I have been treated with NOTHING but respect since I first joined & started casting?
Just don't get it????? Thanks again... Take care & be safe...
LarryW ... I been thinking about you holding the mould closed problem ...
How about a slipping Big Rubber Band around the mould handles to help keep the blocks closed ... fill the cavities ... slip rubber band off while sprue sets up ... bust open the mould , dump fresh cast , close and wrap rubber band back on handles for next cast ...
Would have to find the right size Rubber Band ... a nice wide one would probably work !
It may be too time consuming ... but is Cheap and Easy and it just may work !

Just trying to think outside the box
