    Identify these 22 cylinders ?

Here is a photo of a pair of 22 Mag cylinders. The one on the bottom is a Ruger Single Six. The cylinder on the top I can't identify. The rotation star cuts are different. Maybe there is a RKP (Reasonably Knowledgeable Person) on this site that can recognise this 22 mag cylinder.IMG_0389.jpeg

From the box I would guess old Ruger - mine is 45 years old and the same box.

Early ruger magnum cylinders were fluted but the top cylinder looks like its a smaller diameter and it's hand engagement points are different.

Diameters of the cylinder and centerpin hole? Length of the cylinder?

From what I remember the Colt New Frontier or Scout cylinder is significantly smaller than the Ruger New Model Single Six cylinder. Cheaper knockoffs, who knows?

Gunner: You could be right! Have a couple guys I flintlock with who pack Ruger 22's for Flintlock season. None of em have Colts. Maybe drag it to a gunshow.
