Just finished this mould up

Patch wrapping block done has a revisor to the rollers so should apply jo jobba oil as I wrap. The rollers have .003 clearance so should be a fine even amount.
Rail sets patch square. Stop sets bullet position and fold over. Rollers set paper tension and apply oil.
Wrapped some with asth cole paper and dimesions look good

Each patched bullet will be like the others. Consistency. So, you can adjust and change as needed to see what works best. Well done.

With the numbness in my hands its hard to hand wrap. So....
But have the patch width and length figured out for 2 wraps.

May have to pick up a barrel and reamer with PP throat now

Tested the patching block with JoJoba oil in it today.
put 8-10 drops in the reservoir and gave it a fee minutes to flow into the rollers.
rolled them bare and seen the "sheen" of the oil on both.
Patched a few bullets and seen the "sheen" on the patches as I rolled them.
Wrapped and fold under patch showed light oil, After sitting 5 minutes or soi the patches had that oiled shine and the translucency was gone.

The block is putting a very light coat on the patches that seems to be about right. I did 5 bullets without replenishing the oil in the reservoir, there is still oil in the reservoir so I could do more still. Looks like the .003 gap on the rollers is about right.
