    303 guy had success with large long tapered throats.
    Some were tapered cores and lofty paper the fill up carnivorous throats.
    I’m Gunna try a few grains of shotgun powder and a case of golden powder to see it makes a low level screamer benchrest rifle out of mine.

    Hopefully I will get to try a few things before the government decides they would like my guns more than me.
    They have to keep the wacko,drugo , and snowflakes happy.

    That may work very well. I have been able to get quite good accuracy in some rifles using golden powder. And yes, 303 guy has done quite a lot of experimenting along these lines. I like his method of catching bullets to see what is actually happening to them. The inert fillers have proven to be the most useful for me, getting that thing to seal the bore before the fire gets to it. Tough in bottleneck cases but no problem in straight wall ones.
