Heritage 92

I have a Heritage 92 and I love to shoot it. If i can get the bullet in the gate it'll feed it. My problem is ejection! It throws the cases everywhere. Is there a fix for the erratic ejection ?

Winchester and Rossi 92s benefit from a stronger ejector spring. According to Lee's Gunsmithing, the aftermarket springs for Heritage are supposed to be the same as the the Rossi.
If the problem you're having is you think it throws them too hard, they also sell weaker springs for CAS gamers.
I installed a Steve's kit in my Rossi 92.

The ejector spring on a Rossi is about two coils too long and strong in my experience.

The Heritage is a rebadged Rossi. Same thing, different name. Search for info asking about the Rossi. Lotsa info out there. Your issue is that the ejector spring is too strong. Once you install a lighter one you will see a noticeable improvement in both ejection and overall smoothness when cycling the action.

THat's interesting because my brand new in 2005 Rossi had a spring that was too weak.

Both the trigger spring and ejector spring were too strong in my 92. I shortened both and now they are perfect, good trigger pull and ejects two or three feet away.
