Im making a butter burger tonight for supper.
1/2 pound 80/20 ground beef
finely diced red onion to taste
1 strip of hickory smoked bacon diced medium finely
salt and pepper to taste
2 teaspoons of butter
All this is mixed together in a bowl and made into a patty
I bake it at 350 till almost done then in the air frier to get a lightly crunchy outer
Will be covered with several slices of sharp cheddar cheese
