    Dinner tonight

    Im making a butter burger tonight for supper.
    1/2 pound 80/20 ground beef
    finely diced red onion to taste
    1 strip of hickory smoked bacon diced medium finely
    salt and pepper to taste
    2 teaspoons of butter
    All this is mixed together in a bowl and made into a patty
    I bake it at 350 till almost done then in the air frier to get a lightly crunchy outer
    Will be covered with several slices of sharp cheddar cheese

    Its got the onions diced and mixed in.

    Its smelling to good now may not make it to the air frier

    That sounds like a peach. I'm making a burger with apple smoked bacon, cheddar cheese and relish with an onion ring.

    Stir fry - Bulgogi ginger pork with our yellow peppers, onions, broccoli and carrots. steamed rice.
