    I have 2 of these, my first in 30-06 and my second in 6.5 CM. I have both shooting at 1/2" groups at 100 yards consistently. Both have Bushnell scopes mounted 3-9x40 on the 30-06 and 4-12x40 on the CM.

    I can believe it, Savage really caught lightning in a bottle with the Axis.
    Currently casting and loading: .32 Auto, .380 Auto, .38 Special, 9X19, .357 Magnum, .257 Roberts, 6.5 Creedmoor, .30 WCF, .308 WCF, .45-70.
