    350 legend subsonic, help

I decided to try another project. I'd like to work up a subsonic load for the ar using 200gr lee cast. To run suppressed. I'm hoping someone has a suggestion on powders I can try to accomplish this with.
Swaging. Keeping the 40's running for the price of .22's
and .223 bullets for a fraction of a cent!

    Bolt action or semi?

It may be tough to have enough gas to cycle semi with a 200gr bullet.

I do have info for a subsonic 250gr that cycles.

You’ll likely need slower burning powders than normal to have enough pressure at the gas port to cycle a 200 grain subsonic.
