    ES Powder coat help

So I'm having some issues powder coating. I've been doing shake and bake for years now, but I recently got an Eastwood dual voltage gun I'm trying, and my first batches were poor results. The coating is uneven, has trouble with the bullet bases, and even seems to get blown off as I'm spraying. I have a plenty of experience with spray guns and airbrushes, but ES powder coating is new to me. Any advice? I was also spraying outside if thats an issue.

    Thanks

Bullets need to be GROUNDED. You will get some 'overspray'. And use LOW air pressure.
    Whatever!

Bullets were grounded and psi was set to about 5 at the gun. Its possible I had a poor ground though.
