Since the shutdown was announced, things have taken a little bit more time. I know because every time a sale is announced, I find something else to buy, even if I don't need it. They still readily answer the phone and help if you need it. Al even cancelled and refunded an order for an error that was completely mine.
Their customer service has always been stellar, so I am not very worried. It was just that I have placed 4 orders since, and they have all been fulfilled. Maybe he got into a bit of a snag with some of the items on that particular order, hopefully I will get an update soon.
I got an email today saying they had moved the inventory into a shipping container. I suspect shipping slammed to a stop while they moved and sorted the inventory.
Now they are having a 40% off sale. I have an order from two weeks ago that shows "In shipping", and I just ordered a few more odds and ends. I'm not worried.
Email also said: "We're also setting up Cory to take over part of the NOE catalog, offering Sizing Dies, Bushings, and Expander plugs soon. We'll keep you updated."
Remember: Ammo will get you through times of no money better than money will get you through times of no ammo.
