    I don't like it when someone disfigures a gun but it is not that big a deal. I am more worried about guns I leave behind that nobody will know how to load for them or might not even care. I have a custom Rem Hep in 25 Krag AI, I have dies and brass but who is going to put two and two together or even care to bother when I am dead.

    As several of us have said before, it was a common thing just like ugly diamond inserts, whether you've seen it or not. People did it, just like people sporterized all sorts of surplus when they were cheap and collectors only wanted the most pristine guns.
    The buyer can make a choice to buy or walk. Crying about it doesn't undo it.
